This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use Quantle (including our backtesting and strategy tools). This page is publicly accessible and does not require login.
Data We Collect
Google Sign-In (OAuth) data: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name and email address (scopes: profile, email).
Facebook Login data: if you choose “Continue with Facebook”, we receive your name, email and profile picture.
Account & usage data: saved strategies, backtest settings and results, basic logs of app activity (e.g., timestamps, feature usage).
Cookies: strictly-necessary session cookies for authentication; optional analytics cookies if enabled.
How We Use the Data
To create and authenticate your Quantle account (Google/Facebook sign-in).
To display your name/email in your profile and manage your workspace.
To store your backtests/strategies and personalize your experience.
To maintain security and improve our services (basic analytics and diagnostics).
Legal Bases
We process personal data to perform our contract with you (provide an account and access to the app) and based on our legitimate interests (secure authentication, service improvement).
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (e.g., hosting, error monitoring) under data-processing agreements. We do not allow third parties to use Google or Facebook user data for their own marketing.
Retention & Deletion
We keep account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; upon deletion, associated OAuth tokens and profile data are removed from our systems. To request deletion, visit /delete-data/ or email hello@quantle.net.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@quantle.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We use essential cookies for login sessions. If analytics cookies are enabled, we will inform you and obtain consent where required. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
