Deleting your personal data

We respect your right to manage your personal information. If you wish to delete your personal data associated with your account on our platform, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Deletion

Log in to Your Account: Use your registered social login to access your account.
Access Account Settings: Navigate to the "Privacy" or "Account Settings" section of your profile.
Request Data Deletion: Select the "Delete Account" or "Delete My Data" option. You may be prompted to confirm your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Data?

All personal information, including your name, email, and backtesting data, will be permanently removed from our servers.
Any data associated with your usage of the freemium or premium plans will also be deleted.
Deletion is irreversible, and we cannot recover your data once the process is complete.

Important Notes

Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, ensure it is canceled before requesting data deletion to avoid future charges.
Backup and Logs: Certain data may be retained for a limited time in backups or logs as required for compliance or legal purposes, but it will not be used for any active processing.
